Our Story at Aldbourne
Nestled in the heart of this picturesque village, you will be surprised to find our bustling post office, shop and cafe. Established for over 200 years, the shop has grown over the years, and unlike many of our peers, we are going from strength to strength because of our love for our village, community.
Our vision for Aldbourne Post Office was to continue the wonderful community spirit, and keep our Post Office alive, but bring our own eccentricities and Eddie incredible talent for different cuisine and experience of working in some of London’s most exciting restaurants.

We are proud of how our Aldbourne Cafe & Deli has grown – bustling with happy voices and delicious smells! Eat in or outside in our lush garden. Our menu combines classics with new modern flavours and every dish is crafted with locally sourced produce and Eddie’s wealth of experience.
Our menu features an array of fresh, healthy homemade dishes. From hearty breakfasts to vibrant salads, juicy burgers, or perhaps just a sweet treat from our indulgent cakes. Keep an eye out for our everchanging specials board, or perhaps enjoy one of our famous sausage rolls!
